Terms & Conditions

Terms and Conditions

Applicable to all seafood orders placed on MM Premium Seafood for delivery in mainland France.

Article 1 — Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter “GTC/CGV”) govern all sales of frozen seafood products (shrimp) concluded on the website MM Premium Seafood between MM Premium Seafood SAS and any retail consumer or professional trade buyer with a delivery address in mainland France.

Article 2 — Products & Pre-contractual Information

The products offered are deep-frozen shrimp originating from Bangladesh and stored in France. In compliance with EU Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011 (FIC), essential specifications (commercial designation, Latin scientific name, production method, drained net weight, major allergens CRUSTACEANS, and storage temperature) are clearly displayed on each product sheet prior to checkout.

Product photographs faithfully depict the species and preparations offered, although natural variations in shape, natural pigmentation, or size distribution inherent to authentic seafood may occur.

Article 3 — Pricing & Payment Terms

Product prices are listed in Euros inclusive of all applicable French taxes (€ TTC / VAT included) based on French food tax rates. The price per kilogram is mandatory and prominently displayed for every reference.

Payment is due in full at the time of ordering via secure debit/credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Carte Bleue) with 3D Secure protocol. No card funds are finalized prior to final order confirmation.

Article 4 — Cold Chain Delivery (-18°C)

Deliveries are operated throughout mainland France under certified active temperature control (-18°C) by our specialized partner Chronofresh Food. Standard delivery timeframe is 24 to 48 business hours once order preparation is completed at our hub.

Delivery is free for orders of €80.00 TTC or more. For orders below this amount, a standard shipping fee of €9.90 TTC is applied.

Article 5 — Statutory Right of Withdrawal & Perishable Goods

Pursuant to Article L. 221-28, 4° of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly. This exemption expressly applies to deep-frozen seafood goods requiring an unbroken negative cold chain (-18°C) that cannot be verified once received by the consumer.

Cold Chain Guarantee & Transit Anomalies:

This statutory exception in no way deprives the customer of legal conformity guarantees in case of transit damage, packaging breaches, or thawed goods on delivery. In case of anomaly, the customer must notify customer service within 2 hours of receipt with supporting photos at contact@mmpremiumseafood.fr.

Article 6 — Consumer Dispute Mediation

In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved amicably with customer service, consumer clients are entitled to have recourse free of charge to an accredited consumer mediator pursuant to Articles L. 612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code.

Designated consumer mediator: CM2C — Centre de la Médiation de la Consommation de Conciliateurs de Justice (14 rue Saint-Jean, 75017 Paris).
